Product usage is not commercially metered. Per-request safety bounds and external-provider limits still apply.

Users and workspaces have no licence quota under the current access model.

Administrator tools, provider diagnostics and private contact or email extraction are not part of customer access.

04 / Questions

Before you start

How is access activated?

Register an account, arrange the annual licence with the Future Island team and have an administrator activate access. Commercial payment is handled outside the product.

What does the licence cover?

All customer-eligible modules in the annual product. Administrator-only and restricted private-data tools are excluded. Individual integrations also need valid configuration and permissions.

Are all external sources always available?

No. Each source depends on its configured provider, platform rules, permissions and runtime health. X comment acquisition is unavailable without a verified configured conversation provider.

Does AI decide what is true?

No. Collection, quality classification, evidence and interpretation are separate. AI-assisted outputs are candidates for human review, not automatically approved conclusions.

What happens to uncertain results?

Unverified market, language or relevance is shown as Needs review or Adjacent. Excluded candidates remain available for run audit instead of becoming ordinary evidence.

Is anything published automatically?

Automatic publishing is not the default workflow. The product supports research, review and traceable briefs.
